We do the structuring and processing for our CDC partners, so they can focus on growing and servicing their portfolio. This reduces the time required for approval and increases approval rates. Our CDC partners pay for our services, never costing the lender or borrower additional fees.
Work with your team or directly with the borrower to secure a complete loan application package
Underwrite the SBA 504 portion of the financing request
Create the SBA credit memo
Work with the CDC partner to secure SBA approval
Bring in the CDC partner for closing, funding, and ongoing servicing
Training
We want to make sure you and your lending teams feel confident in offering the 504 loan program to your market. Lenders do not need to be experts by any means, you just need to know when to reach out to TEND Capital on prospective loans that might not fit your conventional credit box.
Provide basic understanding of program application through in-person team meetings and/or webinars
Act as a reference on prospective deals to talk through program fit
We will check-in periodically with your team, hosting informal information sessions on program highlights and updates
Beyond training lenders, TEND Capital and our CDC partners are available to guide your credit, operations, and servicing departments on how to process, close, and manage their 504 loans
